FEE STRUCTURE

THERE IS NO FEE TO THE ESTATE!

TRACER USA’s services are provided on a contingent fee basis. We pay all research costs, and there is no fee if we are unsuccessful. We are paid only when the heir is paid. The costs involved as well as the risks are ours alone.

Our fees are negotiated directly with each located heir, or the heir’s attorney, based on the inheritance the heir receives as a result of our work. This type of fee arrangement has been found over time to be fair to the heir, to the estate, and the heir finder, and is approved by the courts.
