TRACER USA’s services include identifying unknown heirs, locating heirs and proving heirship in estates and trusts as well as locating insurance beneficiaries, land and mineral interest owners, shareholders, etc. We specialize in estates with no known heirs. If the heirs are unknown, or there is uncertainty as to whether all the heirs are known, or whether the supposed heirs are indeed heirs, we can clear up this picture. We can provide the information and documentary proof with which the estate representative can confidently discharge his/her fiduciary responsibilities.

TRACER, USA has served attorneys, banks, corporations, courts, and various fiduciaries with integrity since 1960. We have long established affiliations with attorneys, investigators, researchers and genealogists throughout the United States and in numerous countries abroad. Foreign document translation is provided.

There are times our work is conducted on site in libraries, court houses, churches, cemeteries, archives, historical societies, government offices, etc. Our searches may involve document retrieval; database searches; federal, state, county, and local census; court, vital, civil, criminal and historical records; directory searches; and any number of hundreds of record sources we have catalogued over our 40 plus years of service.

INITIATING A SEARCH
You may initiate a search by contacting us by one of the following means: telephone, fax, email or postal mail. Please provide us with the following information:
• The value of the inheritance due the person(s) missing
• Photocopy of the decedent’s Death Certificate
• If intestate, facts and rumors about the decedent’s past; places of residence; his/her relatives; name, address, and/or telephone number of each person who did provide, or who may be able to provide, information about the decedent’s past and/or relatives.

Once we receive an assignment, we will send you written confirmation and immediately begin work on the case. We do limit our work to situations in which the total combined value of the assets due those sought approximates, or exceeds, US $50,000.

REPORTING TO YOU
Progress reports will be sent to you regularly. A detailed, written report of our findings will be provided you at the conclusion of our search. This report will contain our findings as well as documents essential to establish heirship, or the lack thereof, to your satisfaction and that of the Court, including, as applicable and available, a list of heirs located along with their name, current address, telephone number, birth certificate, and current photo identification; genealogical chart; documents (certified when possible), including records of birth, death, marriage, etc.
